NEGOSHI8 is an AI-powered communication and negotiation training application.
The Application provides simulated conversations, voice interaction, and AI-generated feedback for training and educational purposes only. The Application does not constitute professional, legal, psychological, or business advice and should not be relied upon as such.
You must create an account using supported authentication methods (such as Google or Apple).
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.
You may delete your account at any time directly within the Application settings. Upon deletion, your personal data and associated content will be removed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
The Application offers paid subscription plans ("Subscription") that provide access to premium features.
You can manage or cancel your Subscription through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial will be forfeited upon purchase of a Subscription.

You acknowledge that voice input may contain personal data, and you agree not to share sensitive or confidential information during interactions with the Application.
All rights, title, and interest in the Application, including software, content, trademarks, and AI-generated materials, are owned by HoodieDevStudio or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The Application is provided "as is" and "as available."
We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted access, accuracy of AI-generated feedback, or suitability for specific outcomes.
AI-generated responses are probabilistic in nature and may be inaccurate or inappropriate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HoodieDevStudio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Application.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Application if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.
You may stop using the Application and delete your account at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Service Provider's place of residence, without regard to conflict of law principles.
