NEGOSHI8 is an AI-powered communication and negotiation training application. The Application allows users to practice spoken conversations using voice interaction, simulated scenarios, and AI-generated feedback.
The Application is provided for training and educational purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, psychological, or business advice.
To use the Application, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
You may delete your account at any time directly within the Application. Upon deletion, your personal data and associated content will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
NEGOSHI8 offers paid subscription plans ("Subscription") that provide access to premium features.
You can manage or cancel your Subscription through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial will be forfeited upon purchase of a Subscription.

All rights, title, and interest in the Application, including software, content, trademarks, and AI-generated materials, are owned by HoodieDevStudio or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The Application is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted access, accuracy of AI-generated feedback, or suitability for specific outcomes.
AI responses are probabilistic and may not always be accurate or appropriate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HoodieDevStudio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Application.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Application if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.
You may stop using the Application and delete your account at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
